The Foundation was honored to be part of the donation of this rare 1926 Durant Star to the SCC Automotive Collision program. The S.L. Brown family purchased the car new, and it has remained in their family ever since. For the last 46 years, it has been stored in the barn of Ken and Barbara Brown, both former faculty members at SCC, who are excited about giving students the chance to use the vehicle as a learning tool, while also restoring it to its original glory.
