Sasquatch Life Hacks: A Summer of Learning

Sasquatch Life Hacks next to a cartoon big foot print

This summer, the Foundation put together a project that would showcase our talented SCC and SFCC faculty and students and foster our CCS and Foundation community in a time when we were all feeling far apart.

Usually at the end of spring quarter, all of CCS prepares to celebrate our students' accomplishments at our graduation ceremonies. It's one time a year we get to all be together in honor of our students. This year, we weren't able to have that moment of celebration and togetherness.  So we asked ourselves: how can we have this moment over the summer?

That's when we came up with Sasquatch Life Hacks! Our nine videos offer educational life hacks that match one of our SCC and SFCC programs. You could learn conversational Spanish with Juliane and Gabriel. Or you could learn basic car maintenance with our Automotive programs! You could even learn how to prepare a great summer grilled dish for your next socially distant get-together.

Each video also serves as an opportunity to thank our generous Foundation donors for their gifts supporting CCS students and programs.

Thank you to our faculty, staff, and student speakers for making this series possible!
